1. Your forum username (if you have one).
2. How long ago did the problems start? For example: Immediately after purchase, after updating the cheat, after reinstalling Windows.
3. A complete and clear description of the problem.
4. If you have a problem with payment, please check your email (including spam folder), make sure your payment is not on hold, then send us your Stripe email.

Please don't expect we will answer useless, silly messages like "Hello/Hi/How are you?/Can I ask you a question?/I have a question". Tell us exactly what you want, without doublespeaking and wasting our time.
